The Challenge:

The Council of the District of Columbia needed a strategic plan to map out their priorities, goals, and objectives. Specifically, they wanted to build capacity in all aspects of their activities, evaluate overall operational effectiveness and business processes, and determine methods to assess how to improve overall management.

The Solution:

A high-powered core planning group, including the Council Chairman, was assembled and facilitated by Val Marmillion. MCo conducted an environment scan, stakeholder interviews, focus groups and produced a report of findings and a strategic plan.
